Whatmore Mafusire is a senio lawyer at Muhonde Attorneys, a reputable law firm in Harare and Botswana. He joined the firm in September 2020 as an associate and prompted on merits to the position of a senior associate or lawyer in December 2021. He has been practising law in Zimbabwe since 2016 when he was registered by the High Court of Zimbabwe as a legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer after obtaining a law degree from Midlands State University in 2015. He also completeed a three years post-registration Compulsory Pupillage Training Course offered by Council for Legal Education in 2021.
Before enlisted by Muhonde Attorneys, he had worked for Mavhiringidze and Mashanyari Legal Practitioners, Kwekwe, C.Nhemwa and Associates, Harare, Matsikidze and Mucheche Legal Practitioners, Harare, Matsikidze Attorneys-At-law, Harare, rspectively. From those busy law firms, he has acquired massive experience in solving various complex legal issues arising in mining, commercial, corporate, civil and labour litigation. He is very good in drafting legal docments and representing clients in court due to his appreciation of facts, law, regulations, rules, and/or any other enactments. He has benn instigating and defending legal matters from the onset up to the execution stage, which is the final stage in litigation, since 2016. In 2020 he succeefully prosecuted labour matters before the OAU AD-HOC Administrative Tribunal of Africa Union, Ethiopia.

Senzeni Muhonde is our Practice Manager. Senzeni is a hard-working and dedicated legal practitioner and team Member who believes in the delivery of excellent professional legal services to our diverse clientele. She has keen interest in corporate law and family law practice competencies. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2015 from the University of South Africa. She is also a holder of a Bachelor of Arts degree, 2001, from the University of Zimbabwe. She champions and seeks the legal protection of the rights of children and women. She joined Muhonde Attorneys in 2012 as a Consultant. She has over 18 years of experience in education and over 5 years in the practice of the law.

Nomatter is a fourth year student at the university of zimbabwe, he joined Muhonde Attorneys in 2023 as a legal intern,
he is interested in reading memoirs. In the legal field he has an interest in human rights law, labour law, and the rights of inferior groups of people.

Hope is an experienced, talented and ambitious Human Resources practitioner who believes in hardwork, and his practice is biased towards labour employee engagement, organizational development. He has been practising HR since 2020. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management from Midlands State University. Before joining Muhonde Attorneys he worked for Telone and other reputable firms in and outside Harare.

Perfect is an enthusiastic and hardworking clerk with expertise in providing a wide range of clerical and paralegal services to the firm. He appreciates all court processes and the exeqencies of legal documents which enables him to execute all of his duties beyond reproach.
