As such, our team is consistently reviewed for any skills gaps and each member undergoes regular refresher training based on their role at the firm and the needs of our clients.
Overseeing the knowledge management strategy is firm principle Tich Muhonde who is passionate about building a team that keeps abreast with any changes in law and market practice, and establishing a “knowledge database” that warehouses the firm’s copies of precedents, reference materials, library as well as electronic case law and statutes.
